ACDK Remote DMI

acdkx_rmdi implements a transparent remote invocation for ACDK.

acdkx_rdmi provides a transparent remoting for all ACDK objects.

Currently it is in alpha status. For completion acdkx_rdmi an asynchronous IO framework has to be established.
